Founder and Principal
Anthony M. Danti
Anthony has over 15 years' experience leading all manner of transactions in the energy sector, including as a partner at two international law firms and in-house as the #1 or #2 lawyer with three renewable energy developers. Anthony has worked with numerous solar and wind developers ranging from smaller regional developers to the largest developers in the world, including SunEdison, Terragen, AES, First Wind and NRG. Anthony has worked with private equity investors including Riverstone, Blackstone, Brookfield, Madison Dearborn and others. Anthony is a graduate of Georgetown University, Georgetown University Law Center and was a US Army Infantry Officer, Airborne and Ranger qualified.
